Ingredients:
- Tapioca flour
- Potato flour
- Chickpea flour
- Avocado or olive oil
- 1 Egg
- Cheese (mild or medium)
- Sauce (see recipe below)
- Toppings (e.g. pineapple, tomato, onion, rocket)
Method:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of tapioca flour to a mixing bowl.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of potato flour.
4. Add 1 tablespoon of chickpea flour.
5. Add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil (or olive oil if preferred).
6. Add 1 medium sized egg.
7. Add a small handful of grated cheese.
8. Mix all the ingredients together. The mixture needs to be slightly sticky but not dry, so add a little more oil or flour as needed.
9. With lightly floured hands, gently press out the dough into a flat pizza base shape onto baking paper.
10. Pre-bake the pizza base for 5 minutes or until you can see crispy melted cheese in the base.
11. Remove pizza base from the oven, add your preferred sauce (e.g. white sauce - see recipe below - or tomato) and preferred toppings (e.g. tomatoes, pineapple, onion).
12. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the toppings are fully cooked.
13. Add herbs (like oregano) and fresh rocket on top, and enjoy eating!

Ingredients:
- Potato flour
- Milk
- Butter
Method:
1. In a pan, melt a nobble of butter (about one third of a tablespoon).
2. As soon as the butter has melted, remove the pan from the heat and stir in about 1-2 teaspoons of potato flour. It will all soak up together.
3. Place the pan back on the heat and keep adding a good splash of milk and whisk together until the sauce thickens to the preferred consistency. This may take about 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Once ready, remove the sauce from the heat, add to the pre-cooked pizza base and cook with preferred toppings and herbs on top.
