I am a cat. I sit on a mat.
The pig loved mud, he said it was good.
I am a whale with a splashy tail.
I am a bear and I love to eat honey. It is really yummy and I love it in my tummy.
The rabbit loved to eat all the carrots. She also talked to orange parrots.
I am black and white with yellow feet. A happy little penguin you would like to meet. I swim in the sea, I waddle on the ice, I love the frosty weather, it is really nice.
One day a snail went into the woods. He played in the leaves and the flower buds. He said hello to the squirrel and the super fast fox. He munched on some grass and he hid in the rocks. Then he went to bed tucked inside his shell, he loved a nice big nap and he did it very well.
TOP TIPS:
1. Make up your own challenges using bananagrams, scrabble or magnet letters.
2. Choose words they know, start simple and keep it light-hearted and fun.
3. Let them move the letters around to work out the answer, come back to one if they need to, or you could take a harder word and only change the last 2 letters to make it easier to work out.
4. Demonstrate what to do by doing one together for another family or friend to work out.
5. Encourage them to create their own character for the Story-agrams or write out a simple nursery rhyme.
