Ingredients:
- Sweet Potato
- Butter
- Cheese
- Tapioca Flour
- Potato Flour
- Chunky Salt
Method:
1. Peel, wash and chop 1 medium sized sweet potato into cubes.
2. Boil in a pan until soft and cooked.
3. Mash in a bowl.
4. Add a teaspoon of butter.
5. Add about a cup of grated cheese.
6. Add about 2 tablespoons of tapioca flour.
7. Add about 2 tablespoons of potato flour.
8. Mix it all together, it will be a sticky texture.
9. Continue to add potato flour until it forms a slightly, wet dough.
10. Roll out thin (on a dusted worktop using potato flour) and sprinkle on some salt.
11. Cut into squares, place onto baking paper on an oven tray and poke holes in with a folk.
12. Bake at around 175 degrees Celsius until cooked (this takes about 15 minutes, depending on how crispy you prefer them).

Step 9: Slightly wet dough
Step 10: Roll out thin
Step 11: Cut into squares
Step 12: Ready to eat
