Ingredients:
- Bananas
- Cocoa Powder
- Milk
- Optional extras like peanut butter or honey
Method:
1. Slice up a bunch of bananas (about 5, or more if you want a bigger batch. We find 5 medium bananas does 3 yummy portions.)
2. Freeze the sliced bananas in a container in the freezer
3. When you want to eat the ice cream, remove the container from the freezer and allow the banana slices to defrost enough to remove them from the container and put into a food processor.
4. Whizz them up - this takes a while and you will need to keep pushing the mixture down to the bottom of the processor
5. Add a splash of milk to help the whizzing process
6. Add as much cocoa powder as you like (say 2-3 tablespoons) and optional extras like peanut butter or honey, then whizz it up until the mixture looks ready to eat (we enjoy leaving in a few chunky banana pieces!)
7. Eat whilst nice and cold, so yummy!
