Ingredients:
- Cashews
- Banana
- Apple
- Optional Pear
- Flaxseed (Milled Linseed) or Milled Mixed Seeds
- Cinnamon
- Milk
Method:
1. In a food processor, whizz up about a cup of cashews (it's best to whizz cashews up on their own first, before adding the other ingredients, if you prefer a smoother texture)
2. Add a banana, apple, optional pear, a tablespoon or two of flaxseed or milled mixed seeds, a splash of milk and a teaspoon or two of cinnamon. Whizz up into your preferred texture (if it seems too dry, then just add a little more milk).
3. Pour the mixture into a pan and heat slowly on a low to medium heat
4. Pour into a bowl and enjoy with fresh blueberries
