Ingredients:
- Dried red lentils
- Water
- 1 Egg
- Baking Soda
- Cottage Cheese
- Toppings e.g. butter and strawberry jam
Method:
1. Rinse and soak about 1 cup of dried red lentils in water for about 4 hours
2. Once ready, add the lentils to a blender.
3. Add 1 egg
4. Add 1 tablespoon of baking soda
5. Add 1 small tub of cottage cheese
6. Blend until smooth
7. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin lined with baking paper
8. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes - keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't overcook.
