Ingredients:
- Tuna
- Egg
- Mozzarella
- Rocket
- Olives
- Tomato
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Gherkins
- Capers
- Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Salt/Pepper
Method:
1. Boil an egg for 13 minutes, then remove the shell and cut into slices or quarters.
2. Fry a can of tinned tuna in olive oil on a low heat until crispy.
3. Add washed sliced lettuce to your bowl.
4. Add sliced tomato, avocado, cucumber, gherkins and cheese cubes.
5. Add olives and capers.
6. Add the egg and crispy tuna to your bowl.
7. Add sliced mozzarella and rocket leaves.
8. Drizzle olive oil over the top and add a dash of salt and pepper.
Ready to eat
