Method:
1. Wash a tin of chickpeas thoroughly, drain and spread across a baking tray.
2. Bake on a low heat (160 degrees Celsius) for about an hour or until they just start turning crispy (keep an eye on them so they don't burn, remove any early cooked ones).
3. Once cooked, let them cool in a bowl and then enjoy eating them as a nutritious, crunchy snack.
TOP TIP: You could try covering them in melted dark chocolate or mixing with salt and melted butter honey!
