Ingredients:
- Sweet potato
- Potato flour
- Passata sauce
- Cheese
- Basil and oregano
Method:
1. Peel, wash and chop 1 medium sized sweet potato into cubes.
2. Boil in a pan until soft and cooked.
3. Once cooked, then drain and mash in a bowl.
4. Add about 2 and half heaped tablespoons of potato flour and mix well (until it forms a sticky dough).
5. Line a pizza tray with baking paper and place the pizza base mixture on top of it.
6. Flatten out the mixture evenly with the back of a big spoon.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven (around 200 degrees Celsius) for about 10-15 minutes.
8. Remove the base and add tomato passata sauce, grated cheese, basil and oregano.
9. Bake the pizza until ready to eat - this may take about 10 minutes (or longer) depending how soft or crispy you prefer the base.
