Ingredients:
- Apple peel
- Optional cinnamon
Method:
1. Peel as many apple skins as you like (I often use the leftover peel from making apple pie, so around 3 or 4)
2. Place the peel on a baking tray and slowly bake on a low temperature around 150 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes, turning over about half way through.
3. Keep a close eye on them so you take them out when they just turn crispy!
4. Cool and eat as a snack, with optional cinnamon if preferred.
TIP: As long as they turn crispy, you can also (once cooled down) crumble them into apple tea leaves for a delicious hot drink.
