Ingredients:
- Minced Beef
- Oil, ghee or tallow (or water can work too)
- Onion
- Garlic
- Beef Bone Broth
- Potato Flour
- Herbs
- Salt/Pepper
- Vegetables (broccoli, carrot, red pepper, swiss chard)
- Potatoes
- Milk
- Butter
- Cheese
Method:
1. Heat up a stainless steel wok (on a mid heat) and once ready (you can tell if you drop a few cold drips of water into the pan and they bead and bounce around), then add your preferred oil (or ghee, tallow or a splash of water) and then add your minced beef.
2. Let it cook for about 5 minutes and then add a chopped onion and garlic clove.
3. After a few minutes, add herbs and salt/pepper.
4. Add chopped up vegetables, like broccoli, carrot, red pepper and chard.
5. In a separate cup, prepare the beef bone broth by mixing 2 big tablespoons with about half a tablespoon of potato flour and boiling water.
6. Add the broth mixture to the wok, cover with a lid and let the vegetables cook.
7. In a separate pan; peel, chop and boil some potatoes. Once boiled, mash them up with a good splash of milk and a tablespoon of butter until nice and creamy.
8. Once the beef vegetable mix is ready, add it to a loaf tin and top with mashed potato.
9. Use a fork to make lines along the top and add grated cheese.
10. Put under the grill until the cheese goes golden.
11. Serve and enjoy!
You could always add a side of peas or other vegetables if you wanted to put something with it.
